David Vinyard, President / CEO
Attended University of Toledo and veteran of the US Navy. Management with Montgomery Ward starting as a floor associate, Merchandise Manager, Operations Manager Advertising Manager and Store Manager in a variety sizes of stores. Multi level management included District Merchandise Manager, Territorial Merchandise Manger. David has held a variety of senior level management positions with Zayre Stores and Pace Membership Warehouse. With SPAR Group as Director of Grocery Operations, VP of Eckerd division and VP Operations. WIS International held positions of Director Business Development and National Sales Manager. His career has a unique balance of experience of Hard Lines/Soft Lines/Operations/Advertising in all channels of trade including Grocery, Department Stores. Discount Stores, Membership Clubs ,Drug and Big Box.

Bill Marginson, Vice President
Bill holds a B.S. from the University of R.I. and an M.B.A. from Babson College. He spent over 30 years in retailing in senior executive positions including President/CEO of “The Wiz,” a $650 Million electronics chain. Prior positions include President, Clearwater Mattress, Inc.; President and co-founder of Yes Appliances & Furniture, a Dallas based furniture/electronics chain; and Senior Vice President at Montgomery Ward, where he was responsible for over 200 stores generating $4.5B in annual sales volume. Bill has an impressive consulting background and extensive start up experience. He is now the Executive Vice President with L.S.M. Mortgage, Inc.

Scott Shelby, Vice President
Scott is a graduate from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. His experience includes 3 1/2 years with MasterCard International as a Network Analyst. He Started Enterprise Mortgage, a St. Louis, MO based company, in 1995 and grew the business to 168 Million in annual loan volume. He is now the President of L.S.M. Mortgage, Inc.
